Thank you for choosing Zikannli LLC. We are committed to providing you with high-quality units and professional service. Please review our shipping timelines below based on the type of order you have placed.

1.  Processing & Shipping Timelines

    *   Ready to Wear Units: These items are pre-styled and ready for immediate shipment. Processing takes 1–3 business days.
    *   Hair Bundles (The Bar): We offer fast shipping on all bundles. Expect your hair to be processed and delivered within 3–5 business days via DHL/UPS.
    *   Lace Closures & Frontals: Because we prioritize high-quality lace, these items may require 5–7 business days for processing if not currently in stock.
    *   Pre-Order Custom Units: Each unit is machine-sewn and custom-crafted. Please allow 10–15 business days for construction and styling before shipment.
    *   BYOB & Construction Services: Processing begins once your hair has been received. Typical turnaround time depends on the timeframe you have chosen.

2.  Combined Orders

    *   If your order contains multiple items (e.g., bundles + a pre-order wig), the entire order will ship together once the custom unit is complete.

3.  NYC Local Pickup & Drop-off

    *   For our NYC clients, local pickup and drop-off options are available at checkout.
    *   Pickups: You will receive an email notification with location details once your order is ready for collection.
    *   BYOB Drop-offs: Specific location details are provided via email immediately after your service order is confirmed.

4.  Identity Verification

    *   For the safety of our customers and to prevent fraud, we collect ID verification via Jotform for all high-value transactions. Orders will not be processed until this verification is complete.
