Refund & Return Policy

All sales are FINAL. Due to the nature of our products (hair extensions and custom-made units) and for hygiene and safety reasons, Zikannli LLC does not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances once an order has been processed.

1. Order Responsibility

Please ensure you select the correct length, texture, and cap size before completing your purchase. For BYOB (Bring Your Own Bundle) services, ensure your hair is clean and in good condition before shipping/dropping off.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive the wrong item or a defective product, you must contact us at [INSERT EMAIL] within 24 hours of delivery. The item must be in its original, brand-new condition (lace uncut, hair unwashed/uncombed, and original packaging intact). If the item has been altered in any way, it will not be eligible for an exchange.

3. Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our processing system. Therefore, we do not accept cancellations.

4. ID Verification

Failure to complete the required Jotform ID Verification for high-value orders will result in the order being held. Refunds for unverified orders are subject to a [e.g., 10%] restocking/processing fee.
